Operating out of a strategic facility in Oregon, this distribution hub specializes in inventory management programs and the supply of industrial components. The location provides comprehensive bin stocking solutions tailored to local manufacturing and fabrication sectors.

Shipping & Warehouse Associate Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 17.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing products, materials, and supplies.
Prepare shipments, including precise picking, packing, labeling, and staging items for timely dispatch.
Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse.
Utilize RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking, order processing, and shipment management.
Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
Ensure all customer orders are completed with accuracy and within established deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.

Shipping & Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
Demonstrated general warehouse experience.
Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency in operating an RF scanner.
Experience in shipping and receiving processes.
Understanding of basic material handling principles.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word.
