Qualifications:

• Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program approved by the APTA.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience, preferably in home health or a facility setting.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy Licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care by assessing and treating patients with physical therapy needs. Your role will include developing individualized treatment plans and documenting patient progress.
