We are looking for a dependable Receptionist to support front-desk operations on Saturday's for a stone, glass, and concrete manufacturing business in Ohio. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, manages incoming calls efficiently, and creates a welcoming experience for visitors and callers. The position supports a part-time Saturday schedule with a three-hour on-site shift, while four hours are recorded.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and callers at the Ohio location.

• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and directing inbound calls to the appropriate departments with accuracy and care.

• Maintain an organized reception area to ensure a welcoming front-office environment.

• Take clear messages and relay information promptly to team members when calls cannot be transferred directly.

• Support basic administrative and front-desk tasks needed to keep daily office operations running smoothly during the Saturday shift.

• Follow established call-handling and check-in procedures while representing the company in a courteous and attentive manner.

• Prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer-facing office support role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system confidently and efficiently.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and friendly phone presence.
• Comfortable handling a steady volume of inbound calls while maintaining accuracy and composure.
• Reliable availability for a part-time Saturday schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a front-office setting.
