Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care

Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that promote continual progress at home

Assess and Document Progress: Keep meticulous records of clinical developments and modify treatment as necessary to ensure effective continuity of care

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university

Encouragement and support for continuing education or postgraduate certifications

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
