The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of designing and building scalable, enterprise-grade applications while providing technical direction across full-stack development.Required Skills12+ years of experience in Java Full Stack DevelopmentStrong expertise in Java / J2EEHands-on experience with React.jsStrong experience with MicroservicesStrong application architecture and solution design experienceSolid understanding of REST APIs and distributed systemsExperience with AI / Generative AI technologiesStrong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring FrameworkExperience with SQL and relational databasesStrong understanding of cloud-native application developmentExperience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologiesStrong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skillsResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java and React.jsDefine and implement application architecture and technical solutionsDesign and implement microservices-based applicationsIntegrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applicationsDevelop secure, scalable, and high-performance REST APIsLead technical design and architecture discussionsCollaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teamsConduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teamsTroubleshoot and resolve complex application and architectural issuesContribute to cloud adoption, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practicesEnsure applications meet standards for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
