Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected within the clinic's scheduling model
• Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment in an outpatient orthopedic setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — PTAs will not be considered for this role
• Must hold or be eligible for licensure in the state of Oregon
• First-time travelers and new graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred
• Experience in orthopedic patient care settings
• Comfort with high-volume caseloads and productivity-driven environments
