What You'll Do

• Provide nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor client health, medications, and treatment plans.
• Train and support direct care staff on health-related needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality care.
• Respond to changes in client health and provide clinical guidance when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR/First Aid certification for Healthcare Professionals.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• A caring, patient-centered approach and a passion for helping others.
