Position Overview: Soliant is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive school district located just a few minutes from Haverhill, MA. This role is essential in providing behavioral support to students, implementing treatment plans, and assisting in their overall development. Key Responsibilities: Behavioral Support: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Data Collection: Record and analyze data on students progress and behavioral changes to adjust interventions as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into the classroom environment. Instructional Assistance: Support students with daily tasks and academic activities while promoting positive behavior. Crisis Management: Assist in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviors and provide support during behavioral crises. Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Experience working with students with autism or other developmental disorders is preferred. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
