Familia Dental & Vivid Smiles is seeking a qualified dentist to provide high‑quality dental care in a fully autonomous practice.

SUMMARY OF COMPENSATION

• Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (including New Graduates!)
• Daily minimum guarantee of $800 – $1,000
• 30-35% of production paid on everything, including X‑rays (plus locational premiums)
• Two weeks paid vacation time
• Cash bonuses up to $80,000

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high‑quality dental care to patients
• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations
• Ensure treatment plans are reviewed with each family and obtain informed consent for services
• Deliver quality dental care to every patient
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, extract teeth when necessary, and restore edentulous areas
• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations
• Lead and direct clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
• Maintain a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment
