Vacation Rental Sales Consultant

Seeking a motivated Vacation Rental Sales Consultant, this full-time remote position will manage a pipeline of inbound leads, providing a consultative sales experience to homeowners while guiding them through the partnership process with Evolve. Key responsibilities Qualify and manage highly qualified marketing-generated leads Provide an end-to-end consultative selling experience for homeowners Achieve daily/weekly/monthly productivity expectations while managing an active sales pipeline Required qualifications 3+ years of inside sales experience required Proven success in phone-based selling is a plus Able to effectively manage a sales pipeline and drive lead conversion Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment Must be available to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work Mountain Standard Time Zone
