Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Manage sales forecasts, budgets, profitability, and expense controls. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business development opportunities. Build referral partnerships and expand key accounts to generate new business. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members to achieve sales goals. Oversee marketing campaigns, sales training, and performance improvement initiatives. Analyze sales metrics and collaborate with Clinical Operations to improve growth, customer service, and referral relationships. Uphold company policies and procedures and demonstrate integrity in all actions. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field preferred. Successful sales experience with similar customers; healthcare experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels, both internally and externally. Familiarity with home health and hospice services, referral sources, and payors.
