What you will do Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Clover's business goals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform coding, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities. What you will need to have 8+ years of software development experience. 6+ years of deep Java development. 3+ years of Spring Boot experience. 4+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services. 3+ years of SQL database experience. 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline and DevOps practice experience. 3+ years of Agile methodology experience. 6+ years of an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience. 1+ year of working with AI platforms. What would be great to have Experience in the financial services industry. Experience with AI platforms. Work Authorization You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Candidates who require sponsorship, including those on temporary visas such as F‑1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H‑1B, H‑2, or TN, will not be considered. Salary Range $160,000.00 - $240,000.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in Sunnyvale, California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
