Lymphedema Physical Therapist PRN - Collaborative Care

Dallas Center United Methodist is seeking a Physical Therapist PRN to provide professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and perform evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re‑assessment and discharge planning under the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules. Hours are 24 per week, Monday through Friday.
