As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Answering phone calls and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and a smile.
- Managing room assignments and ensuring accurate billing.
- Collaborating with other team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Resolving guest concerns promptly and ensuring their stay exceeds expectations.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a front desk, customer service, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest records.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service every day.
