Greenfield LLP is a boutique commercial litigation practice in San Jose, CA. Our attorneys handle complex business, commercial, and real estate disputes.
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-10+ years of civil litigation experience, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing. Candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, have excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills, and be able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner. Experience with depositions, dispositive motions, court hearings, and trials is a plus but not required. California bar admission is required.
Our office is friendly and collegial, and because of our size, associates have frequent opportunities to collaborate directly with senior attorneys and clients and appear in court.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor
- CA Bar admission
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
