Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter that will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across key functions. This role partners closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate brings strong market insight, consultative partnership, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across corporate functionsPartner with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and role requirementsDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse, high-quality talentBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring rolesServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, hiring strategies, and best practicesScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company cultureManage and improve the candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboardingTrack, analyze, and report on recruiting metricsEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policiesContribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting programsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related field4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house environmentProven ability to recruit for complex or hard-to-fill rolesStrong sourcing skills using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other platformsExperience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisionsExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting toolsEssential Skills & AbilitiesDemonstrated strong attention to detail in completing tasks and reviewing work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information.Proactive mindset, anticipating needs and taking appropriate action independently.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teamsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage changing prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting data and presenting insights.Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.Business acumen inclination: interested in learning and understanding the structure, operation, and challenges of the businessService-orientation: embrace opportunity to go “above and beyond” to help others; consistently demonstrate care and concernWorking ConditionsHybrid – in office minimum of two days per week.Pay and BenefitsThe following information is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Compensation is based on experience, geographic locations, and other legally permitted factors. The expected compensation for this role is between $85,000 and $110,000 annually.
