Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused professional who is comfortable working with clients both in person and over the phone. This individual will play a critical part in assisting two principals with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding new clients, including completion of application paperwork in both paper form and on the computer
Assist with and follow up with clients
Maintain accurate and organized client records within internal systems
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests via phone and in person
Maintain detailed records and ensure data accuracy across all systems
Coordinate with internal team members to support daily operations
Assist in streamlining workflows and improving the overall client experience
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel required
Experience with database entry and CRM systems preferred

Organization: Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility: Comfortable handling multiple tasks at one time, changing gears based upon the demand of the day, and willing to work past 5 PM Monday through Friday as needed
Dependability & Work Ethic: Has an established pattern of excellent work ethic, is self-motivated and reliable, and demonstrates the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Problem-Solving: Forward thinking and proactive — anticipates needs, resolves issues efficiently, and approaches challenges as a problem solver
Professionalism: Presents with polish and takes pride in representing the team with care and precision in every client interaction
