Experience is great, but not required - we can teach you everything you need!Responsibilities:Preparing fresh food items daily and accuratelySet up and stocking of stations with all necessary suppliesMenu and product knowledgeManaging orders efficientlyPreparing catering ordersProper food handling and storage of food productsMaintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearanceMaintaining health department standards throughout each shiftCleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areasPerforming shift-side work to include opening and closing dutiesCompleting all course certifications for Kitchen Team Members in our training platformQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageExperienced preferred but not required - we will train you!Proper knife skillsAbility to operate all necessary kitchen equipmentGood communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaborate with the team as necessaryStrong work ethic with passion and urgencyDependable and reliableWork flexible scheduleProfessional attitude and respect for coworkers, the establishment, and the brandAll Employees Must:Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your handbook)Obtain a Food Handler's card shortly after beginning employmentYour Working Conditions/ Hours:A typical work day at Taziki's may look like:Morning shift - 8am - 4pmEvenings - 4pm - 10pmWeekends - when applicableHolidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)*Hours will vary by store.
