The North region is composed of various portfolios, each managed by a property manager and support staff. Essential Functions Train and monitor the work of new and current staff as directed by the Regional Manager. Provide staff coverage for Property Managers and/or Property Specialists throughout the region as needed. Participate in administrative workload management; support portfolios by completing tasks in a timely manner, addressing shortages, lease ups, and program changes. Moderate (1 – 3 years) experience in affordable housing, property management, fair housing, or general management. An equivalent combination of experience and education that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in preparing and maintaining records and reports with a high level of accuracy; ability to perform mathematical calculations. Knowledge of complex affordable housing programs including HUD rental assistance, LIHTC, HOME and other applicable regulated housing programs and Authority policies and procedures.ілі Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, ensuring accuracy, multitasking, and handling interruptions appropriately; ensures assignments are completed on time and effectively.
