Start Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3x12-hour shifts with overtime after 40 hours or 4x12-hour shifts with overtime after 48 hours; every other weekend required; no on-call required; specific shift times vary

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $59.50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients
• Plan and implement nursing care tailored to patient and family needs
• Make appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing standards
• Delegate and coordinate activities to foster patient and family centered care
• Assume personal responsibility for quality patient care and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license
• 3+ years of Emergency Room experience required
• TNCC or ENPC certification required
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced ER environment

Education

• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.
