Full-Time Employee Position | Competitive Pay + Benefits

Pay - $30 - $35 per hour

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong technical skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Position Overview

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC and mechanical systems
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans
• Conduct plumbing connections and proper refrigerant handling
• Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Weld and fabricate components as needed for repairs
• Perform field service tasks and ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and parts used in ServiceTitan
• Assist with system start-up, testing, and commissioning as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of working experience as an HVAC Service Technician or Installer
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, air conditioning, and mechanical repair
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety and quality workmanship
