Key Responsibilities: Assist Servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests Works with the team to ensure setup of dining room prior to service Restock the dining room with silverware and glassware Maintain tables by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to guest needs Assist servers/bartenders with preparing coffee drinks for the guests Assist with running food and presenting food to guests Follow all food and safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Support opening, closing, and sidework duties as assigned Requirements: Previous experience in a support or busser role in a restaurant setting preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude Attention to detail, ensuring the dining room is always guest-ready Highly motivated with a keen eye for detail Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak directly and promptly Friendly and approachable demeaner with a commitment to providing exceptional service Moves with a sense of urgency and intentionality The desire to go above and beyond the task of just clearing and resetting tables A curious mind eager to learn more about growth opportunities within the restaurant/hospitality industry Physical Demands: Physical ability to lift heavy boxes up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Working Conditions: The working environment includes exposure to noise, heat, temperature fluctuations, kitchen equipment, odors, and moisture.
