Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customerProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandledEnsure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customersDistribute work between technicians efficientlyQualifications:Prior experience in the automotive industry is highly preferredOrganized and friendly personalityDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasksTime management skillsFantastic communication skills with your customersProfessional, well-groomed personal appearanceClean driving recordWilling to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
