\nPosition: Pricing Analyst
\nLocation: Nashville, TN
\nCompensation: $75,000 - $85,000 with OT and Bonus
\nPosition Type: Direct Hire
\nEssential Functions
\n \n- \n
- Prepare sophisticated financial analyses of profitability (type of service, Department, Practice Group, office, client/matter) using established and new, creative approaches. \n
- Recommend enhancements to Firm profitability by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). \n
- Work concurrently with supervisor to design and automate financial reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with insightful data to help understand and grow their business. \n
- Analyze firm performance against available data for peer firms and understand the market trends to assist in the annual rate-setting process. \n
- Work closely with and serve as back-up to the Pricing Support team to help maintain matter performance models for pricing proposals. \n
- Assist with implementing the new profitability reporting software to support monthly and periodic reporting. \n
- Participate in software upgrades, leading selected work streams for testing and verifying financial information in financial reporting. \n
