Position Summary:

Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturer in the Anderson, IN area who is seeking a Quality Manager who will direct the quality department to ensure quality on new and existing products and technology development.

Preferred Qualifications:

College Degree Preferred
Automotive Quality Experience. Need Experience in Quality Leadership.
Needs to be Comfortable with Customer Quality Issues.
Ability to Work Cross Functionally Amongst Maintenance Production and Engineering.
Willingness to Grow and Develop Quality Team in Both a Hands Off and Hands on Manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement short- and long-term quality and business strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Support quality systems and ensure alignment with customer and organizational requirements
Ensure products and processes meet established quality and performance standards
Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to evaluate and improve process capabilities
Drive the use of effective and reliable processes to support consistent production
Ensure operational practices align with production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations
