Finishing Operator
STRONGARM Designs provides the ideal HMI solution to the healthcare, bio-pharmaceutical, food, and manufacturing industries. We are diligently seeking to hire a candidate for the operation of Finishing Operator for our Aluminum Finishing area. This position provides finished components supporting our entire line of products including CleanMount, Vertica, Mobile Stations, and Suite-Stations. This position is located at our Horsham, PA engineering design, electronics assembly, and metal manufacturing facilities. STRONGARM is also looking for a candidate that will adopt a culture of continuous improvement (incremental change, and blame processes, not people).

Job Description And Responsibilities
This position operates various hand tools to finish aluminum parts and prepare for powder coat. This position reports directly to the Fabrication and Finishing Supervisor.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum a plus.
- Ability to read prints, technical drawings a plus.
- Ability to stand for 2+ hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
