Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse!

We are excited to offer a shift differential of $3.50 for hours worked between 10 PM and 6 AM . New graduates can start their careers with a competitive wage of $42.50 per hour . Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement .

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
• Assist patients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws and standards.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation, and it must remain current throughout employment.
