***Welder Trainee – Weekly Pay, Start ASAP***

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6am–4:30pm (30‑minute lunch)

Pay: $18–20/hr

Location: North Sioux City, SD – Vermillion, SD

• Assist with selecting equipment and preparing materials for welding
• Support setup personnel with alignment and part preparation
• Train on MIG welding, gas‑shielded welding, and general fabrication processes

• Comfortable reading basic work orders and simple blueprints
• Able to regularly bend, squat, and lift up to 70 lbs
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)

• 3‑day weekends — Monday through Thursday schedule
• Performance review and potential pay increase after 90 days
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k with company match up to 3%
• Hands‑on training with room to grow into a full Welder/Fabricator role

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Sioux City, SD.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
