Registered Client Service Associate

Registered Client Service Associates (RCSAs) play a key role in modernizing the client experience by elevating service standards. The Registered CSA assists with the development and growth of business, engaging and utilizing the full capabilities of the firm, and delivering the complete firm to clients. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and strengthen new and existing client relationships through active communication, processing requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring key information and documentation remain current. Identify and assist with firm services and solutions that support clients’ needs, including banking products, digital offerings such as Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile, and secure platforms. Confirm authorization and authenticate clients when processing requests. Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect required documentation, assess risk, process money movement transactions, and handle estate needs. Input orders at the direction of clients or Financial Advisor(s); discuss reinvestment options, corporate actions, and financial plans with clients at the direction of Financial Advisors. Prepare financial plans, client reports, and other materials for client meetings. Review and take appropriate action on client account alerts. Partner with Financial Advisor(s) in developing a business plan and delivering against a client service model. Support the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials and planning client events and seminars. Actively engage in training and education programs, including firm strategic priorities, professional development, and platform updates, and attend scheduled training calls. Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, such as telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, and preparation of travel & expense reports. Proactively participate in firm initiatives directed by local management. Seek opportunities to use firm resources for peer sharing and collaboration with Financial Advisors. Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA). Two or more years of industry experience preferred. High School Diploma/Equivalency; college degree preferred. Strong industry, product, and branch procedures knowledge. Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills. Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products. Team player who collaborates effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. Knowledge of financial services products such as equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts. Reports to: Business Service Officer. Expected base pay ranges between $35,360 and $90,000 per year at commencement. Compensation may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and other benefit programs.
