Assembler/Production Associate

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Assembler/Production Associate positions in Skaneateles Falls, NY. Responsibilities:
• Assemble and test medical devices and components using hand tools, automated machinery, and power tools in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations
• Prepare and organize kits, verify component accuracy, and maintain inventory levels to support production efficiency
• Perform packaging and labeling of parts and assemblies, ensuring compliance with work instructions and shipment standards
• Follow SOPs, conduct visual inspections, and escalate quality issues or defects to maintain product quality standards

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED; ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail with visual inspection skills to detect defects and ensure quality compliance (GMP standards)
• Ability to lift up to 25-55 lbs., stand for extended periods (8-12 hours), and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing processes and production needs

Pay Details: $21.40 per hour
