As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Chicago, IL (3030 N Broadway St Ste 300, Chicago, IL 60657-7472). Job Profile This role is an in‑office position focused on building and growing consumer and business banking relationships. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas. Job Description Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities, targeting under 2MM in sales revenue. Manage proactive lead generation and referral generation, leveraging bank products and services to grow wallet and attract new households. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch, working with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage. Deliver a differentiated client experience through advanced conversation skills, solving client problems with urgency and advocating for clients across all departments. Collaborate with the branch team to create referrals and expand share of wallet with consumer and business clients. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, participating in daily branch operations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $63,000.00 – $105,000.00. Incentive eligible based on performance.
