Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team in Highlands, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a warehouse or production environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse or production area.
• Inspect forklifts daily to ensure proper working condition and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management by accurately moving and stacking products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification or license.
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Shift: 2nd shift 2pm-10:30 pm
Work Environment

This position involves working in a warehouse or industrial setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. The role requires standing, walking, and operating machinery for extended periods.
