Online Order Filling Team Associate

Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. Compensation Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour Minimum wage compliance: actual rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums up to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Employment Type & Schedule Part‑time. Available shifts: Mid‑Shift, Closing.
