This senior leadership role is responsible for managing a team of professionals, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of client service, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance across the ETF servicing lifecycle.Responsibilities:Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) as well as support mechanism for achievement including SMART goal settingOversee ETF creation and redemption order processing and settlement arrangement, both in cash and in-kind, including collateral management and P&L calculationsManage and monitor daily operational workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all deliverablesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, and serve as point of escalation of complex client issues and authorized participant (AP) inquiriesIdentify opportunities to implement process improvements and recommend system, service, and process enhancementsCoordinate staff assignments to achieve optimal effectiveness through assessment of business requirements and staff skill sets and development needsPerform discovery and due diligence with clients and visits regarding service quality measurementAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:6-10 years of relevant experience5+ years of experience in ETF operations or tertiary qualificationsStrong understanding of custody and accounting, specifically as it relates to ETF’sKnowledge of fund services and its processesKnowledge of domestic and international capital marketsDemonstrated leadership and project management skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Operations - Transaction Services------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Fund Accounting------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Boston Massachusetts United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$123,360.00 - $185,040.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
