Community Daily Living Support Specialist Flexible Schedule

Assistance-Plus

Assistance-Plus is seeking a Daily Living Support Specialist to assist adults with behavioral health needs at home and in the community. The role requires travel within a 30 mile radius, driving clients, and ensuring safety and emotional well-being. Training toward MHRT/1 is provided along with supervision and ongoing development. The DLSS will ensure the client’s plan of care guides all activities, participate in monthly supervision, and maintain timely communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr Assistance-Plus
