Future Opening: Autism Center Based Speech Language Pathologist Full Time • Lawenceville, NJ Strategic Therapy Autism Services is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists in the Lawrenceville area for immediate hire. Strategic Therapy is a Behavioral Health Agency providing ABA therapy in a sensory-friendly, play-based, and collaborative setting where each child’s strengths lead the way. We are looking to further support our clients by providing a multidisciplinary approach to care. Job Responsibilities Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to children ages 3–10 in a clinic setting Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to support communication goals Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress Help foster a fun, engaging, and enriching learning environment Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work Job Requirements Previous experience or familiarity with young children with Autism Energetic people with a passion to help children and families overcome large obstacles A drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization with amazing growth potential A valid driver's license Master\'s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure and ASHA certification Strong communication and collaboration skills What we offer Competitive Salary with benefits Paid Holidays Paid Training A rewarding experience helping children and families reach their full potential Child-led, sensory-friendly therapy environment Positive, mission-driven atmosphere focused on meaningful progress Schedule Monday to Friday, daytime hours Work setting Center based in Lawrenceville, NJ Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year About Us In-Home ABA Therapy We use a comprehensive treatment package approach that\'s backed by research and experience to be the most effective.
