Emergency Crisis Case Therapist (Licensed)

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Case Therapist I in the Crisis Consult Services team. The role involves assessing patients in emergency and medical/surgical units for acute mental health crises and substance concerns, creating treatment plans, and coordinating care with the treatment team and families. On-call shifts may be required, and initial training occurs on day shifts.
