Requirements: Experience in business development, sales, workforce development, or community engagement Strong relationship-building and communication skills Confidence in networking and outreach environments Ability to think strategically and execute effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM/ATS systems preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (if applicable) Preferred: Experience in nonprofit or disability employment services
