Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve strength, balance, and function
• Implement therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS Certification preferred
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
• Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Neuromuscular re-education
• Patient education and home exercise program design
• Documentation and compliance
