Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical duties within the scope of practice of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/MA), as applicable.
• Oversee the daily activities and workflow of Medical Assistants and other clinical support staff.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and supervision to clinical team members.
• Coordinate clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal use of resources.
• Prioritize patient needs and assist in managing patient care activities.
• Support staff orientation, training, and ongoing competency development.
• Ensure adherence to established clinical procedures, safety protocols, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members to promote a cohesive work environment.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA/MA).
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate staff.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build positive working relationships.
