You will be the primary technical contact, handling issues across VMs, hardware, and scaling with CLI tools, while ensuring strong SLAs and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and contribute to onboarding, knowledge bases, and SOPs to scale Crusoe’s cloud services. #J-18808-Ljbffr Crusoe
