Job Description As a Security Officer Dispatch Console Operator in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Dispatcher in a healthcare setting, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor access control and badge activity, dispatch officers to support facility needs, and maintain accurate records. You will provide exceptional customer service while helping create a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 PM - 07:30 AMSat07:00 PM - 07:30 AMSun07:00 PM - 07:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location. Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document relevant details, and coordinate the appropriate response from on-site personnel and/or emergency services. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, radio communications, and other dispatch-related records in accordance with site policies. Monitor cameras, alarms, access-control systems, and other security-related technology, reporting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
