Distribution Supervisor - 2nd Shift Docks

Hiring Company: Frank Brunckhorst Co., LLC Responsibilities Communicate, coordinate, and supervise the department’s daily activity to meet goals and objectives. Ensure that employees and departments adhere to Standard Operating Requirements (SOPs). Maintain effective communication with all customers, internal and external. Train lead persons in all job requirements, including supervisory responsibilities. Ensure that all employees in the department are trained and understand the process. Ensure that all employees are trained in safety practices and conform to safety requirements. Consult with management and employees on departmental problems and make recommendations for action. Compile required reports and maintain records, including daily inventory. Update e-Time daily and schedule time off for employees. Represent the department at company meetings, functions, and/or activities. Qualifications High School or GED required; minimum of two (2) years of college preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years of distribution experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
