Experienced Medical Office professionals needed for expanding medical facility located in the Mid-Westchester area.
Please note this is a 5 day a week onsite positio n. All candidates must be able to work 3pm - 12am All candidates must be able to work weekend rotations and be subject to cover other shifts at times. Job Duties• Patient registration - gathering and updating patient demographics
• Obtaining Signatures for consent of treatment
• Answering busy phones
• Gathering and verifying insurance information
• Assisting with scheduling appointments Experience & Skills Required
• Prior medical front desk, patient access or patient registration experience in a busy medical environment REQUIRED
• Insurance verification experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Over-time eligible
• EMR experience
• Flexible attitude
