Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Shifts Available Full Time Day & Evening Shift: 7:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M., 3:00 P.M.-11:00 P.M. Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M. Per Diem Night Shift: 11:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M. Baylor Position - 7a-7p Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician. Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely. Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly. Collaborate with the care team to support individualized resident plans. Promote a positive, team-oriented environment. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Hampshire (required). Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. A commitment to providing high‑quality, person‑centered care. Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required.
