GROUP HOME EAST VALLEY MANAGER

Group Home Manager (DDD Experience Required)
The Little Foundation is hiring a Group Home Manager in the East Valley to support individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of a DDD group home
- Ensure full DDD compliance with policies and procedures
- Protect and advocate for member rights
- Supervise and support direct care staff
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive home environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of DDD group home experience
- Strong knowledge of DDD policies and residential care standards
- Leadership experience in a group home setting preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and highly motivated
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Clean 39-month MVR
