We are looking for an Assistant Dietary Manager to join our Dietary Team in maintaining smooth running of the kitchen and dining room. Join our active, fast-paced, and fun team! Make an impact on patient care. Assistant Dietary Manager Expectations Responsible for supervision of the overall operation of our dietary service. Oversee production, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and safety for all food preparation. Establish the dietary department policies and procedures of our resident’s plan of care. Assists the Dietary Manager in the development of the department budget and maintains costs. Schedules department working hours, personnel work assignments, etc., to maintain quality patient care.
