Sales Consultant, Foot & Ankle - (Denver, CO) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot & Ankle products in Denver, Colorado. The role involves building and managing the customer base, driving sales growth, and providing clinical expertise to surgeons and hospital staff on DePuy Synthes' orthopedic portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and competitive landscape
- Generate new business and expand sales with existing customers in assigned territory
- Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product utilization
- Build clinical relationships with key surgeons and clinicians through case coverage support
- Achieve sales quotas and business plan objectives through territory management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years experience, or Associate's degree plus 4+ years experience
- Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years in foot and ankle, trauma, or orthopedics
- Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills with hospital personnel
- Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and business acumen
