Responsive RecruiterCome Back Shack is family-owned. We're out to be the #1 Quick Serve Restaurant to work at in the High Country! The Come Back Shack Morning Prep Team is essential! The team gets the restaurant ready for BUSY successful days!Prep Team Member Expectations:Starting pay is $17.00-$19.00. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-halfTeam member meals when you work, valued at $200/mo, $2500/year (tax-free)You must be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.Shifts start at 3:30 AM and end when the work is completed (typically around 9:00 AM).Candidates with a positive attitude tend to fit in with our team the best!We also love high energy and good teamwork.Some kitchen experience is helpful but not required.Work can be physical and demanding: must be able to lift 50lb bags of potatoes and work in a 35-degree cooler for extended periods.You should be a self-starter and a hard worker with attention to detail.You must learn and follow basic standards of food safety and sanitation.Tasks Include:following simple recipespreparing producemaking saucesprepping foodwashing dishesputting away truck ordersCome Back Shack is a friendly, fun, fast-paced environment where we work together to make the Shack fantastic!
