Real Estate Listing Agent – Appointments Provided & Creative Seller Solutions - Set Appointments!

Here we provide pre-scheduled appointments with motivated sellers and equip you with the training and resources to present both traditional listing opportunities and creative real estate solutions, including acquisitions, assignments, novations, and more. Your goal is to understand each seller’s situation, identify the strategy that best fits their needs, and turn opportunities into successful transactions while building a rewarding real estate career.

Compensation:

$150,000 + expected commission based earnings

Responsibilities:

• Lead with Confidence: Guide clients through complex situations, understand their needs, and help identify solutions that make sense for them.
• Bring Determination: Approach every call, appointment, and obstacle with enthusiasm, persistence, and a commitment to achieving results.

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia real estate license required.
• Experience with creative real estate strategies is preferred, but a strong interest and willingness to learn is also valued.
• Comfortable supporting clients through both traditional transactions and alternative real estate solutions.
• Professional, self-directed, and motivated by consistent activity and results.
